We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We loved the location, right on the beach with stunning views of the sea. The breakfast provided was also delicious.

Just walking distance from the restaurant Barghout Pastry. The location was about a 5-minute walk to Red Sea.

That the beach resort was included in the deal. The room was good value for the price.
Would have been nice to have had a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge! But apart from that for the price it was pretty good value. Not sure if there was a shuttle bus service into the town centre though. We had a car but if we had no transport then the hotel would be a bit isolated if we had stayed for longer that a few days. It felt like the hotel catered for more scandanavian countries rather than say uk, none of the information folders at reception appeared to be in English although of course most of the staff did :)

Possibility to stay at the sea for not big money
Reseption staff did all possible I pay them not booking money (24$) but another price (22 euro!!!). And they said that there was no my order to stay one day in that hotel (that was one of the reason I must pay 22 euro)!!! And they said it was an order about price from top manager! It was a lot of nervous////// Thanks a lot for a Good service of guest relation! And there was no wi-fi in hotel/ They sent everyone to nearest bar or internet-coffe in the hotel/ = the information about free wi-fi in hotel not correct! And!!! - my booking order came to me and to hotel 2 times!!! With the only one (the same) number of order!!! About second order they asked 25% from me! I pay as if I was not stay in hotel at all !!!

staff was great and they did help a lot pool is really cool from 9 am till 3 then gets lil dark and cold there
house keeping came once during our 4 days . we put the clean sign on door and we return after 3 hours and room was the same

Had a wonderful xmas holiday with great weather and enjoyable activities. Loved the comfortable beds and the delicious food served in the restaurant. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel lacked adequate facilities for disabled guests and there were no elevators available for those who needed them. the location was quite remote, making it inconvenient who wanted to explore the nearby area.

Although there was a minor issue that could be improved, overall, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Cheap, Cleanliness
Furniture very bad, very old equipment (TV, Refrigerator and Air Conditioner). My first room had a problem with the Air conditioner, they tried to fix it, but failed, then I moved to another room. Food not so bad.

I had a great time at this hotel! the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bed that was super cozy. I also loved the balcony, which had an amazing view of the surroundings, including the sea. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and sociable, always willing to help with anything we needed. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the beach.
I couldn't find any faults with this hotel!

It is a good three star hotel, favoured by Eastern Europeans and mainly russian groups. The location is good as you have access to the beach of the nearby sister hotel Three Corners Beach Resort where the sea is clean and if you have masks you can see nice fish even around the beach. The breakfast is also great for the three star, fresh omlett and pancakes were a bonus!
Little less hassle made by the guys selling their tours on the property could make the stay much more comfortable...
